Each rank from Rookie to Master comes with its own set of perks and rewards, detailed in the Ranks & Rewards section. As you ascend, you unlock special rewards, offers, and an Isekai Coins Multiplier, which enhances the points you earn and can be redeemed in the Realm of Commerce storefront.
Every time you shop from our Marketplace, you earn Isekai Coins based on the value and type of the item. The specifics of point allocations can be found under the Point System page.

Anyone can create an Isekai World account, as long as the following is true:
1. You are a new user
You are only allowed to own 1 account.
2. You can provide a unique customer/shipping address
If you live in an apartment building or dormitory, please make sure to include your room number so that your address can uniquely be identified.

Isekai World has a strict multi-account policy and we do not allow customers to have more than one account.
Furthermore, no account may share the same information with any other account.
Any accounts determined to be a duplicate will be closed and the account holder will be notified.
Repeated attempts to create multiple accounts to bypass order limits, etc. may result in cancellation of all orders and/or permanent banning from Isekai World.

At Isekai World, we understand the passion of our adventurers. For purchases that don't resonate with your spirit, we offer a 10-day return window from the date of receipt for most collectables and 2-day return for Manga, Novels and any books. Ensure that the items, especially limited edition funkos and manga books, are in their original, unopened condition to qualify.
Initiating a return is as simple as casting a spell. Log in to your Isekai World account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange. Follow the on-screen instructions, and our mystical portal will guide you through the process.
Once we receive your returned treasures and they pass our guild's inspection, your refund will be processed. The monies will be magically transferred back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, if you chose Isekai Coins as our refund method you will be refunded in 1-2 business days
Oh no, a dragon must've intercepted our delivery! In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective treasure, please contact our guild's support team within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund, ensuring you're not left disheartened.
For returns due to damaged or defective items, Isekai World will bear the return shipping costs as we take responsibility for our treasures. However, for other returns or exchanges, the adventurer (that's you) will be responsible for safely guiding the items back us with a courier and bearing all related costs.
The “Realm of Commerce” is the vibrant heart of Isekai World, where adventurers like you embark on unique challenges known as the Tri-Seasonal Rank Quests. These quests are seasonal adventures held thrice(3 times) a year, allowing you to earn, rank, and reap exclusive rewards.
The Tri-Seasonal Rank Quests are conducted three times a year, with each quest season spanning a duration of 4 moons(4 months). This means every season offers a fresh start for you to prove your mettle and climb the ranks!
Your personalized profile page in Isekai World is your trusty ledger! Here, you can view all weekly, monthly, and seasonal quests, track your quest progression, see the rewards you're aiming for, and revisit all the epic achievements you've accomplished in the past.
